Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 200 grams Breakfast Sugar
- 200 grams unsalted melted Butter
- 200 grams Regular Flour
- 8 grams Baking Powder
Preparations
- In a bowl, mix egg and sugar using the USHA Hand Blender.
- Once mixed properly add flour and baking powder and mix again.
- Add the mixture to the melted butter.
- Rub some butter in the mould and place the butter paper. Pour the cake mixture in the mould.
- Preheat the USHA OTG at 180°C for 2-3 minutes and place the mould on the baking tray to bake.
- Bake till the cake is done. Do a toothpick test

Cooking Tip
Toothpick Test: Take a toothpick and insert it into the centre of the cake. If it comes out clean, or with only a few moist crumbs attached to it, the cake is done.
