Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 60 grams Breakfast Sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
Preparations
  • Mix eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix them until smooth
  • Pour the mixture into 6 baking cups
  • In the baking tray fill water halfway and then place the custard cups
  • Preheat the USHA OTG at 160°C for 2-3 minutes and place the tray inside to bake
  • Leave it in the USHA OTG until the top layer is brown in colour
Cooking Tip

Filling the baking tray with water allows the custard to steam for the right texture.
