Ingredients
  • 150 grams soft unsalted Butter
  • 80 grams Brown Sugar
  • 80 grams Breakfast Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 225 grams regular Flour
  • ½ tps Baking Soda
  • 200 grams 53% coverture Chocolate Chips
Preparations
  • Put butter, brown sugar and breakfast sugar into a bowl and beat until creamy.
  • Beat the egg, add the flour and baking soda to the mixture and mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Once done, add the chocolate chips and stir well.
  • Make small balls of the mixture and place on the baking tray.
  • Preheat USHA OTG at 180°C for 2-3 minutes and place the tray inside to bake.
  • Bake till the cookies are done
Cooking Tip

While placing the cookie mixtures on the baking tray, make sure they are evenly distanced so that they do not stick while baking.
