Ingredients
- 250 grams Butter
- 125 grams Breakfast Sugar
- 325 grams Regular Flour
- 15 grams Salt
- 1 Egg
- 15 grams Cumin Seeds
Preparations
- Mix butter, sugar, salt and egg with two spoons of cold water; mix well
- Add the flour to the mixture and mix rapidly to hold it together; keep aside till it cools
- Post cooling, roll the prepared dough with a rolling pin
- Cut into pieces with the desired cookie cutter and place the cut cookies on the baking tray
- Preheat the USHA OTG at 180°C for 2-3 minutes and place the tray inside
- Bake till the cookies are golden
- Sprinkle some cumin seeds on top and bake the cookies in your Usha OTG
