Ingredients
  •  250 grams Butter
  •  125 grams Breakfast Sugar
  •  325 grams Regular Flour
  •  15 grams Salt
  •  1 Egg
  •   15 grams Cumin Seeds
Preparations
  • Mix butter, sugar, salt and egg with two spoons of cold water; mix well
  • Add the flour to the mixture and mix rapidly to hold it together; keep aside till it cools
  • Post cooling, roll the prepared dough with a rolling pin
  • Cut into pieces with the desired cookie cutter and place the cut cookies on the baking tray
  • Preheat the USHA OTG at 180°C for 2-3 minutes and place the tray inside
  • Bake till the cookies are golden
  • Sprinkle some cumin seeds on top and bake the cookies in your Usha OTG
Cooking Tip

 If you want softer cookies, bake them for a lesser time; if you want crispier cookies, bake them for a longer period.
