Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes, cut in equal sized wedges
- ½ tps Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
- ½ tps Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
- ½ tps Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
- 2 tps Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Chaat Masala as per taste
- Oil (spray bottle)
Preparations
- Take all of the ingredients in a bowl (except chaat masala and oil) and marinate them for 5-6 minutes
- Place the marinated potatoes in the rotisserie basket and spray a little oil on the potatoes from the oil spray bottle
- Set the temperature to 240 degree Celsius and time to 18-20 minutes
- Once the potatoes are done, remove from the Rotisserie Basket and toss them with a little chaat masala.
- Serve hot with ketchup/chutney
