Ingredients
  • 4 medium Potatoes, cut in equal sized wedges
  • ½ tps Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
  • ½ tps Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
  • ½ tps Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
  • 2 tps Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat Masala as per taste
  • Oil (spray bottle)
Preparations
  • Take all of the ingredients in a bowl (except chaat masala and oil) and marinate them for 5-6 minutes
  • Place the marinated potatoes in the rotisserie basket and spray a little oil on the potatoes from the oil spray bottle
  • Set the temperature to 240 degree Celsius and time to 18-20 minutes
  • Once the potatoes are done, remove from the Rotisserie Basket and toss them with a little chaat masala.
  • Serve hot with ketchup/chutney
Cooking Tip

Lightly oil the potato wedges for a more golden and crispy finish.
