Ingredients
- 125 gm Butter
- 125 gm Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
- Zest of 2 big Lemons
- 1 Egg
- 125 gm Flour
- 5 gm Baking Powder
- Juice of 2 big Lemons
- 50 gm Coconut Powder
- Mawana Select Icing Sugar
- Dried berries
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl mix together butter, Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar and lemon zest. Add an egg and beat it together with the mixture. Now add flour, baking powder, lemon juice and mix well.
- Transfer the contents in a ring mould and top it up with some coconut powder
- Bake in the Usha OTG at 180˚ for 40-45 minutes
- Garnish the slice with some Mawana Select Icing Sugar and dried berries
