Ingredients
- 4 slices of Brioche Bread (if unavailable, use Milk Bread)
- 75 grams Blueberry Filling
- 300 ml Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 60 grams Breakfast Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Pod (Madagascar origin)
Preparations
- Boil the milk in a saucepan, scrape vanilla pod from the middle and add to the milk
- Mix the sugar and egg yolk together and add to the vanilla pod milk
- In a baking casserole dish, place the bread slices and spread the blueberry filling
- Pour the egg, sugar, vanilla and milk mixture on top
- Preheat the USHA OTG at 150°C for 2-3 minutes and place the dish inside to bake
- Bake till the crust is golden and flaky.
