Ingredients
  • 210 gm unsalted butter
  • 225 gm dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 450 gm Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
  • 50 gm cocoa powder
  • 150 gm regular flour
  • Melted chocolate
  • Mawana Select Icing Sugar
  • Mint leaves
Preparations
  • In a pan melt unsalted butter. Add dark chocolate and mix till it melts.
  • In a mixing bowl add eggs. Add Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar and mix. Add the melted chocolate and stir. Add cocoa powder, flour and fold them together.
  • Place the batter in a baking tray and bake at 180˚ for 30-35 minutes in the Usha OTG.
  • Garnish with Mawana Select Icing Sugar and mint leaves.
