Ingredients
  •  1 full Chicken (750 – 800 grams)
  •  2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  •  1 tbsp Fresh or Dried Rosemary
  •  2 tsp Pepper 
  •  2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Oil
Preparations
  • Spray the chicken with oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, rubbing the chicken thoroughly and set to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Place the chicken on an oiled rotisserie stick (rod). Tighten the forks on both sides. 
  • Set time to 35-38 minutes and temperature to 180° Celsius.
  • When the chicken is ready, let it rest for about 8-10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with baked potato.
Cooking Tip

After preparation you can wrap the chicken in an aluminium foil to keep it moist.
