Ingredients
  • 2 full Chicken legs with bone, scored by making shallow parallel cuts in one direction
  • ¼ tsp Star Anise Powder (Chakra Phool)
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt to taste
Preparations
  • Marinate the above ingredients with the chicken and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Spray oil on the chicken legs.
  • Spray the Rotisserie Grill with oil and place the chicken on the grill.
  • Set time to 20 minutes and temperature at 200°C degree.
  • Serve the barbecue chicken legs with grilled vegetables.
     
Cooking Tip

Do not forget to spray oil on the grill.
