Ingredients
- 2 full Chicken legs with bone, scored by making shallow parallel cuts in one direction
- ¼ tsp Star Anise Powder (Chakra Phool)
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- Salt to taste
Preparations
- Marinate the above ingredients with the chicken and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Spray oil on the chicken legs.
- Spray the Rotisserie Grill with oil and place the chicken on the grill.
- Set time to 20 minutes and temperature at 200°C degree.
- Serve the barbecue chicken legs with grilled vegetables.
