Ingredients
- 1 packet Digestive Biscuits
- 50 gm Unsalted Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 50 gm Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
- 300 gm Cream Cheese
- Mango Puree
- Berries
- Mint Leaves
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl add digestive biscuits, unsalted butter and mix well.
- In another bowl crack eggs. Add Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar, cream cheese and whisk them together.
- Line a baking tray with some foil. Place a baking mould and create a base layer with the biscuit mixture. Top this up with the cream and egg mixture.
- Bake in the Usha OTG at 110˚ for 50 minutes.
- Spread some mango puree on a plate. Place the cheesecake on it. Garnish with some berries and mint leaves.
