Ingredients
  •  3 cups full Cream Milk 
  •  4 tbsp Sugar to taste
  •  ¾ cup Vermicelli (Seviyaan)
  •  ½ cup Sabudana, soaked for 30 minutes 
  •  1 tbsp Ghee
  •  2 tbsp Cashews, chopped
  •  2 tbsp Almonds, peeled and chopped 
  •  2 tbsp Pistachio, chopped
  •  2 tbsp Raisins, chopped
  •  ½ tbsp Elaichi powder
  •  Pinch of Nutmeg powder (Jaiphal powder)
     
Preparations
  • Add ghee to the pan with a lid and heat.
  • Add cashew nuts, raisins, almonds, pistachio, and vermicelli and fry until the vermicelli is lightly golden.
  • Add milk and sugar and the sabudana (soaked for 2 hours)
  • Mix well and cover the lid.
  • Cook on low to medium heat till the milk starts to boil
  • Lower the heat/temperature and continue boiling without the lid to get a kheer-like consistency until the sabudana is translucent and completely cooked.
  • Serve hot or cold, garnished with dry fruits.

Boil the mixture till the sabudana gets translucent and is completely cooked.
