Ingredients
- 250 gm chicken keema
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp onion
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- Water as required
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 cups water
- Fried onion
Preparations
- In a bowl and minced chicken, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, onion, coriander leaves, chilli paste and mix well together.
- Roll out small koftas from the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and sauté till light brown. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, salt and mix well.
- Place the koftas in the curry. Add yogurt, water and give it a good stir. Cook till the chicken koftas are done.
- Garnish with fried onion and kasuri methi.
