Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 green chillies
  • Water as required
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 100 gm yam
  • 100 gm ash gourd
  • 100 gm pumpkin
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 gm raw banana
  • 2 potatoes
  • 6-8 green beans
  • 2 drumsticks
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli
Preparations
  • In a mixer jar add coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies, water and grind into a paste.
  • Remove the paste in a bowl. Add yogurt, rice flour and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Turn the knob of the Usha Electric Pressure Cooker to curry mode. Heat coconut oil in it. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, green chillies and sauté. Add turmeric powder, yam, ash gourd, pumpkin, carrot, raw banana, potato, green beans, drumstick, salt, water and give it a good mix.
  • Cook till the knob reaches Keep Warm position. Add the paste and rice flour mixture to it and stir. Give it a boil.
  • Serve hot and garnish with green chillies.
