Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice (washed and soaked for 30 minutes in 1¾ cup of water)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • ¼ bunch Lemongrass
  • 4 to 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves (finely chopped) 
  • 12 to 15 Basil Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies, finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Coconut Milk 
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Coriander to garnish
Preparations
  • Heat the oil in USHA EPC after setting the knob to RICE
  • Add garlic paste, kaffir lime leaves and sauté.
  • Add the rice along with all the other ingredients except fresh coriander
  • Mix well. Cook until the knob reaches KEEP WARM setting
  • Remove the lemongrass and discard.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
