Ingredients
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 gm spaghetti
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup broccoli
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt to taste
- Garlic bread
- Parsley
Preparations
- Boil water in a pan. Add oil and spaghetti to it and cook al dente.
- In a frying pan add olive oil, garlic, tomato puree and cook. Add balsamic vinegar, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, chilli flakes, thyme and mix well. Add the spaghetti in the sauce and toss. Season with salt.
- Serve the pasta with garlic bread and garnish with parsley.
