- 2 cups apple
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ½ cup apple juice
- Apple slice
- Mint sprig
Preparations
- Add apples, frozen blueberries and apple juice to the blender jar of the Usha Trienergy +
- Blend the ingredients together to get a refreshing smoothie
- Pour into a glass and garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of mint

Adding apple with skin is optional. However, for more fiber, you can add apple with skin.
