Ingredients
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 8-10 soaked and deskined almonds
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- Almond flakes
Preparations
- Add ice cubes to the blender jar of the Usha Trienergy + . Crush the ice cubes using the pulse function.
- Now add the almonds, banana, milk and honey into the jar. Blend the ingredients to make a delicious milkshake.
- Serve chilled and garnish with some almond flakes

For more fiber, you can use soaked almonds with skin
