I bought a cookjoy induction cooker, which was working fine since last 3 years. But now the display is not functioning and doesnt heat. I raised a service complaint with your customer service who assigned the work to some local technician, who seems to be too lazy and irresponsible. Without visiting the house he asked for the photos and said he would visit with the estimates. Then i received an SMS saying party refused to pay. I called the customer care but instead of checking the induction cooker, i recd the message that warranty not available, so the service complaint cancelled. this happened 3 times. I even wrote to your Mangalore unit via Whats App. But no response. This is the worst type of customer service i have ever found. Now i have no other way than to discard the stuff and buy a new one, obviously not Usha product any more. You may not care to lose customers, due to such arrogant staff, but it is find, we have various options in the market. Still if you want to verify here is the complaint No.CC25080451269
